I usually have a certain standard when picking furniture for my home, and Urban Ladder had a good mix of options that matched different styles and budgets. I bought a sofa from Urban Ladder, it looks nice in the living room. Delivery was smooth too, so no complaints there. But when it comes to comfort, I’d say it’s just okay. The cushions felt soft at first, but after sitting for a longer time, I started feeling a bit of back pain. Isn’t a sofa supposed to be comfortable for lounging, not just for short sits? It’s not a bad purchase, but for the price, I did expect a little more comfort.

"Nice table, but updates could’ve been clearer"
I ordered a coffee table from Urban Ladder and the product itself is good. The material feels solid, the finish is smooth, and it looks just like the pictures. No rough edges or cheap feel, which I was happy about. The only annoying part was the communication around delivery, the updates weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t sure when exactly to expect it. It did take a bit of time to arrive, but quality-wise, I’m satisfied.

"Delivery experience made me regret trusting them"
I ordered a table from urbanladder.com, the table itself is fine. No major complaints about the product, and it looks more or less like what I expected.

But the delivery experience was really bad. The delivery guys kept calling again and again, sounded irritated the whole time, and spoke like they were doing me some huge favour. They were in such a rush, just left the box near the door, and barely helped with anything.
For the price I paid, I expected much better service. I actually felt stupid for trusting them with the whole experience. I’m not saying I’ll never buy from them again, but this definitely left a bad impression

"The screws were missing when it arrived..."
The screws were missing when it arrived, which did make me wonder for a minute if they’d vanished into some warehouse black hole or if there’s a secret screw shortage nobody’s talking about. To be fair, I contacted them and they sent replacements really quickly. All sorted now, so no complaints in the end.

Got a sofa from Urban Ladder. The size was mostly right, but it looked a bit tighter in my living room than I thought. Delivery was fine. Just measure your space properly before ordering

I placed the order without any issues, and the item itself was all good when it arrived. Packaging was fine too, nothing damaged or missing. The only thing I noticed was that the tracking wasn’t the easiest to follow, and the updates seemed to come a bit late, but overall the delivery worked out okay.

"Still holding up better than I expected"
I bought a sofa and dining table from urbanladder.com last year, and I have to admit, they’re still in good shape. I wasn’t totally sure how they’d hold up with daily use, especially with the kids jumping on the sofa now and then, but there are no loose parts or odd creaking sounds so far. The wood finish on the table also hasn’t faded much. I don’t usually get impressed easily with furniture bought online, but the durability has been better than expected

I was expecting the refund to take a while, especially since I’d already mentally set aside that money for other stuff, but it came through quickly. I checked my account one morning while having coffee and it was already there. No back-and-forth or hassle, which was nice

"Cancellation worked, but the waiting was annoying"
I cancelled my order on Urban Ladder and it did go through in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I had to wait quite a bit for support to respond, which was frustrating. They did help me eventually, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but the whole process could definitely be faster.

"Delivery was much slower than expected"
I ordered a table and it ended up arriving way later than they said it would. I get that delays can happen, but you’d think the tracking would at least give a clearer idea of what’s going on. The table itself is fine, so no complaints there, but the delivery process was frustrating.

It showed up with a broken corner piece. Seems like stuff like this always gets banged up in shipping, so that was disappointing.

I stopped by the store something about it just felt off. The staff seemed a bit confused and unsure of what was going on, and checking out took way longer than it should have. Not the best experience overall

I wasn’t trying to spend a ton on a sofa, so I took a chance on this one. i’m glad I did. It showed up looking nice, feels comfortable enough for everyday use, and fits my space well. For what I paid, I feel like it was definitely worth it.

"Nice at first, but the finish didn’t hold up"
It looked really good when I first set it up, and I actually liked the wood tone a lot. But after just a few weeks, I noticed the finish starting to peel along one of the edges, especially on the corner I barely even touch. Once I saw it, I couldn’t stop noticing the little lifted spots. For the price, I expected it to hold up better.

"Pretty good deal during the sale"
I bought a coffee table from Urban Ladder when their sale was on. The regular price felt a bit too high, but after the discount it turned out to be a really good deal. The delivery charge wasn’t too much either, which was nice. I just wish the offers were a little clearer at checkout because I had to check twice to make sure the discount was applied. Overall, I’m quite happy with what I paid, and the quality is decent too.

"Return went smoother than I thought"
I was expecting the return to be a hassle, but it wasnt bad at all. The pickup happened quickly and my refund showed up soon after.
